Through our No Profits from Non-Profits program, we are offering all of our managed IT services to qualified 501(c)(3) organizations at cost. The program starts July 8 and runs through December 31, 2009. Also, through August 31, 2009, we will donate our Service Initiation services.

Google Apps Premier Edition, including:

Eligibility
- The program is open to all qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. Other 501(c) organizations should contact Horizon for additional eligibility information.
- Organizations may be asked to provide certification or tax documents confirming 501(c)(3) qualification.
- Organizations must sign a service agreement, with a minimum term of 1 year, on or before December 31, 2009
Pricing
- Horizon will charge program members Horizon's internal cost for providing the service, including fees paid to the service vendors and Horizon's direct costs related to providing its bundled services, including: service initiation, implementation, migration, integration, and support.
- Through August 31, 2009, Horizon will donate all service initiation fees.
- Horizon will bill for Service Initiation and Annual Fees upon service initiation. Horizon will bill monthly in arrears for monthly (i.e. AmeriVault) services
- Horizon will pro-rated charges for additional users or services provided during the term of the service agreement
- Horizon guarantees pricing for two (2) years, after which Horizon may elect to continue program pricing or revert to Horizon's normal pricing discounts for non-profit organizations
- In accordance with the Service Agreements, Horizon will notify customers at least 45 days prior to each renewal term, providing customers time to cancel prior to the 30 day notice requirement
- NOTE: In limited circumstances, non-profits may be able to obtain lower pricing for comparable services directly from the vendor. In these instances, Horizon will refer the non-profit to the vendor.
Terms and Conditions
- All program participants must execute Horizon's standard agreements for the contracted services, including a minimum term of one (1) year.
- All invoices are due Net 20.
- Payment by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard) is required for:
- AmeriVault Online Backup services
- Any invoices under $150.00, including
- Service Initiation and annual user fees
- Pro-rated user fees for users added mid-year
- Additional service
- For credit card transactions
- Horizon will request a credit card to keep on file
- Horizon will send an invoice, due Net 20
- Horizon will charge the credit card on the the invoice due date, unless a charge is disputed
